PlugBrain is an open-source digital wellbeing app for Android. It reduces distraction by locking selected apps, users must solve math challenges to unlock them. Difficulty increases the more they use their phone, encouraging healthy habits.

We want a full redesign of the app to make it:

More modern and visually appealing
Clearer and easier to navigate
Engaging and playful without being overwhelming

You will help define the new design direction, including improved onboarding, better flow for locking apps, and redesign challenge screens.

Project is paid, compensation based on experience and agreed scope.

Fix broken design of the c:geo Android Geocaching app

c:geo an open-source, full-featured, always ready-to-go Geocaching application for Android devices.

The basis of the current app design is very old and was extended over the years with new screens and dialogs implemented by different volunteer developers without always following a strict style guideline.

Recently we needed to change the target Android version, causing multiple UI failures and broken dialogs. We fixed it as good as we could, but due to a lack of contributors experienced with Android UI and style guidelines we are unable to make it consistent again.

The first goal would be to fix the existing design and make it look consistent again over all screen and dialogs in the app.

Android Passman app design

At the moment the android app is pretty default. We would love a material design but as coders we’re bad designers.

We would love designed screens from the following things:

Setup app (enter the nextcloud server settings)
Display vault list
Login to vault
Display credential list
Display a single credential (nicely formatted)
Search credentials
Page to change settings
A “PIN” screen to unlock the app
Edit credential
- Bear in mind that passman allows users to add custom fields (text / password /file)
- Passman allows users to save their one time password token for generation
- Should include a password generator
