Scribe website media and application design support
The community has discussed the following needs so far:
- Images to go next to text to display the applications on the website
- Designs for the website can be found here
- The images should work in both light and dark mode or have variants
- User onboarding tutorials for the keyboard applications that we can then develop next year
- User flows for a new guess functionality where a user will need to make a guess in the keyboard before the answer is returned
- Working to improve design quality and modularity
- Creating media for use on Social media

The Scribe community makes Wikidata powered language learning applications. Our main applications are an iOS and soon to be released Android application that has keyboards for second language learners with functionalities like translation, verb conjugation and noun annotation to learn genders. As a community we’re looking for design support to help us with the launch of our website at scri.be as well as designs for the applications that we work on. The current Figma designs can be found via the following link:

The goal would be to develop relationships with one or more designers so that we can collaborate as needed. The idea would be that we’d make a private Figma file and once designs are finished they’ll be moved over to the public one :)
