Just need someone who could design the theme, UI and logos/icons for the project, they will have freedom over how they design it they will make some guidelines for themselves to make it consistent. I will code it myself and it will need alot of communication and time commitment as the vision is there but haven’t really shaped yet, so there will be a lot of fine tuning.
